Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant / Accommodation Attendant to join our housekeeping and laundry team in Muscat. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring all surfaces, linens, and amenities are pristine.
• Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and mini-bar items promptly and accurately.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for hygiene, safety, and security.
• Assist with laundry duties including sorting, washing, folding, and delivering linens.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and special needs.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Accommodation Attendant, or in a similar housekeeping role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to operate laundry machinery safely.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
