Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, following fine dining service protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including table settings and side stations.
• Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
• Process payments accurately and thank guests sincerely, inviting them to return.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Server in a hotel or fine dining establishment (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus, wine pairings, and service etiquette.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
