Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service, proactively anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure dining areas are impeccably set, clean, and organized according to brand standards.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to coordinate seamless meal service, from order placement to table clearing.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, promoting a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and minimizing waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&B Service Expert, waiter, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
