Job Purpose

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and utilizing various physiotherapy techniques to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's diagnosis and goals
• Perform manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, and stretching
• Administer therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, ultrasound, and other physiotherapy modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and professional standards
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid physiotherapy license or certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
