Role Overview

We are currently seeking qualified Physiotherapists to join healthcare facilities in Oman. A total of 50 positions are available, open to candidates of Philippines nationality. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated healthcare professionals to contribute to patient rehabilitation and wellness in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation exercises
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
• Operate and maintain physiotherapy equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid professional license to practice physiotherapy
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in manual therapy, electrotherapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Expertise in patient assessment and rehabilitation planning
• Familiarity with modern physiotherapy equipment and modalities
• Strong documentation and clinical reporting abilities
• Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently across a full-time schedule
