Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Personnel Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This role is responsible for managing core human resources functions including employee records, recruitment support, contract preparation, and compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of handling all personnel-related matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and internal databases.
• Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and all personnel-related matters.
• Support the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal company policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR regulations.
• Experience in HR personnel management, recruitment support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee inquiries.
• Ability to prepare employment contracts and legal HR documents accurately.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and benefits administration.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
