What You'll Own

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align directly with hospital-wide business objectives and long-term workforce plans.
• Partner with hospital leadership, department heads, and clinical leads to forecast hiring needs and design tailored recruitment campaigns.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—ensuring a white-glove experience for every candidate.
• Implement data-driven metrics to track hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and diversity goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting a standard of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruiter, preferably within a hospital or large healthcare system.
• Deep understanding of hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles, including regulatory and credentialing requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable recruitment plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics platforms.
