Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment centers for technical and non-technical positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using proactive headhunting and talent mapping methodologies
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, create compelling job descriptions, and establish selection criteria
- Administer applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring data integrity, compliance, and recruitment metrics reporting
- Enhance employer brand presence through career fairs, university partnerships, and digital recruitment marketing campaigns
- Continuously improve recruitment processes through data analysis, market benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within aviation, hospitality, or service industries
- Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Strong command of French and English; Arabic proficiency considered a significant advantage
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) and HRIS systems
- Solid understanding of Tunisian labor law, employment regulations, and compliant hiring practices
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with data-driven decision-making ability
