Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform variance analysis on budget versus actuals and report key findings to senior management
- Support internal audit processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of internal controls across financial cycles
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and support treasury management activities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and assist in decision-support reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for the finance department
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent from IHEC (Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales)
- Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or audit
- Proficiency in French and English; Arabic is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
