What You'll Own

• Lead the electrical engineering strategy for complex project and construction planning initiatives, from initial concept through final commissioning.
• Design and review power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-current systems, ensuring full compliance with Kuwaiti and international codes.
• Collaborate directly with multidisciplinary teams—structural, mechanical, architectural—to resolve integration conflicts before they become site problems.
• Conduct load calculations, voltage drop analyses, and short-circuit studies to guarantee system reliability and safety.
• Own the technical review of contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals, enforcing the highest standards of quality.
• Perform site inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues on the ground, turning potential delays into seamless corrections.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university; Master's or PMP is a distinct plus.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical design and project engineering, specifically within the construction or industrial sector.
• Mastery of industry-standard software: AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, Dialux/Relux, and Revit MEP.
• Deep familiarity with Kuwaiti electrical regulations, MEW requirements, and international standards (IEC, NEC, BS).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time without compromising on safety or quality.
• An unshakable attention to detail—you catch the discrepancy that others walk past.
