About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
• Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Oman.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
