We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stagiaire RH to join our dynamic team at a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare establishment based in Casablanca, Morocco. What You'll Own

• Support daily HR operations including employee records management, onboarding coordination, and personnel file updates
• Assist with recruitment processes: screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
• Contribute to internal communications and help organize training sessions and team events
• Help prepare HR reports, attendance tracking, and administrative documentation
• Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement and workplace improvement initiatives
• Gain exposure to labor law compliance and HR best practices within the pharmaceutical sector

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good command of French (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in an HR or administrative role is an asset
