What You'll Own

• Receive, manage, and follow up on all incoming client requests with accuracy and speed.
• Coordinate delivery operations in real time, ensuring every route and schedule is optimized.
• Communicate between drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to resolve issues before they escalate.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatches, deliveries, and incident reports.
• Monitor fleet status and ensure all night-shift logistics meet company standards.
• Handle urgent situations calmly and make quick decisions under pressure.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or a similar operations role.
• Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping a single one.
• Excellent communication abilities in French; Arabic and/or English is a strong plus.
• Comfort working night hours with full focus and energy.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking tools, dispatch software, or logistics platforms.
