Role Summary

Al Babtain Group, the exclusive franchise owner of Lavazza Coffee in Kuwait, is seeking dedicated Waiters and Kitchen Crew members to join our premium coffee brand team. We are hiring 6 Waiters and 4 Kitchen Staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-end café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Waiter Duties: Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, ensure table cleanliness, handle payments, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on Lavazza coffee blends and menu items.
• Kitchen Crew Duties: Prepare and assemble coffee beverages, pastries, and light meals according to Lavazza standards; maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance; manage inventory and stock rotation; operate coffee machines and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Uphold brand standards for presentation, quality, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service, café operations, or hospitality preferred.
• For Waiters: Strong communication skills, professional appearance, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• For Kitchen Crew: Basic food preparation knowledge, familiarity with coffee machines (barista experience a plus), adherence to hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid work permit for Kuwait (if applicable).
