What You'll Own

• Full profit and loss responsibility for the Rabat agency, including revenue targets, cost control, and margin improvement.
• Development and execution of a local business development plan that expands our client base across individuals and corporate accounts.
• Recruitment, training, and leadership of a high-performing team of sales and customer service professionals.
• Management of key client relationships, including complex claims handling and retention strategies.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring the agency operates with integrity and transparency.
• Reporting directly to regional management with clear KPIs on sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance or brokerage, with a proven track record in agency management or senior sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the Moroccan insurance market, including regulatory environment, product lines, and competitive landscape.
• Strong financial acumen: you can read a P&L, build a budget, and drive profitability.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire a team and win the trust of demanding clients.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a strong plus.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to be based in Rabat.
