Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, anticipating their needs and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible service at all times.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service team to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and rotating stock to minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or bar.
• Required: In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer.
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused attitude.
• Required: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Preferred: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Preferred: Creativity in developing new drink recipes and seasonal offerings.
