What You'll Own

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of labor groups and chargehands on site
• Ensure work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with the general foreman and project managers to report progress and resolve issues
• Monitor quality of work and enforce adherence to schedules and budgets
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, conducting regular inspections
• Manage materials and equipment to minimize waste and downtime

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
