Role Overview

As a Chinese Speaking Lobby Ambassador at the Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest services in both Chinese and English. This hotel hospitality role is based in the vibrant city of Marrakech, Morocco, and focuses on creating a memorable first impression for international guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, managing lobby operations with professionalism.
• Provide concierge assistance and information about hotel facilities and local attractions in Chinese.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment at all times.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English – both verbal and written proficiency mandatory.
• Previous experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment as a receptionist, front desk agent, or lobby ambassador.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Marrakech tourism and local culture is a plus.
