The successful candidate will bridge technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive revenue growth and build lasting client partnerships in the Gulf market.

- Promote electrical and mechanical products, equipment, and engineered solutions to target clients
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend technically suitable products and solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for prospective buyers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for complex projects
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting reports
- Attend industry exhibitions and technical seminars to expand market presence
الشروط والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in MEP, electrical, or mechanical equipment
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the GCC construction or industrial sector
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, power distribution, and control panels
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license and ability to travel across project sites
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and technical specification interpretation
