Role Summary

Join the world-renowned Four Seasons team as a Chef de Rang, where you will deliver exceptional fine dining experiences in a luxury hotel environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring every guest receives impeccable service, from table setup to personalized attention throughout their meal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated section of the restaurant, overseeing all service aspects for assigned tables.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and wine pairings.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain a pristine dining area, including table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly to uphold Four Seasons standards of excellence.
• Train and mentor junior waitstaff on service protocols and luxury hospitality etiquette.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-end restaurant or five-star hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining service techniques, wine service, and menu presentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Professional appearance and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
