About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Second-Class License Driver to join a well-established plastic manufacturing facility. This full-time position involves safe and timely transportation of materials, products, and personnel as required by production and logistics schedules. The ideal candidate holds a valid second-class driving license, demonstrates a strong safety record, and is familiar with industrial site operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, or light trucks) in compliance with traffic laws and internal safety protocols.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and equipment between factory sites, warehouses, and delivery points.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects or maintenance needs immediately.
• Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to load-securing standards.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet loading/unloading schedules.
• Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and site-specific rules.
• Assist with general yard duties and material handling when not driving.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Egyptian Second-Class Driving License (رخصة درجة ثانية).
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Basic literacy in Arabic to read work orders, safety signs, and complete logs.
• Physical fitness for loading/unloading tasks and extended periods of driving.
• Availability for full-time work, including potential shift rotations or overtime as production demands.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving within factory premises or logistics yards.
• Familiarity with forklift operation or basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of route planning and GPS navigation systems.
• Previous employment in plastic, packaging, or chemical manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in defensive driving or occupational safety (e.g., OSHA, local equivalents).
