About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging recreation programs and activities that reflect the local culture and environment of Muscat.
• Greet and assist guests, providing information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and recreational offerings.
• Maintain and oversee recreation equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Coordinate group activities, including guided tours, fitness sessions, and family-friendly events.
• Collaborate with other departments to create unique guest experiences that align with the Hotel Indigo brand.
• Monitor guest participation and feedback to continuously improve recreation services.
• Assist in promoting recreational packages and upselling additional services to enhance guest stays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recreation, hospitality, or guest services role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Passion for outdoor activities, fitness, and cultural exploration.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in CPR or first aid.
• Experience with event planning or tour guiding.
• Familiarity with Muscat and Omani attractions.
• Creativity in designing engaging programs for diverse guest demographics.
