Role Overview

Join Nestlé Business Services in Cairo as a Social Media Listening Associate within the Integrated Marketing Services department. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in nutrition, health, and wellness, leveraging social intelligence to drive strategic marketing decisions across diverse brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media conversations, trends, and sentiment across multiple platforms and languages.
• Utilize social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr) to track brand health, campaign performance, and competitor activity.
• Generate actionable insights and regular reports for marketing teams, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand management, consumer care, and digital marketing to inform content strategy and crisis management.
• Develop and maintain query structures, dashboards, and alert systems for real-time monitoring.
• Support global and regional listening initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nestlé's digital governance standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, visually compelling formats.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media listening, analytics, or digital insights roles.
• Proficiency with enterprise social listening platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate raw data into strategic narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is essential for the Cairo market.
• Familiarity with social media KPIs, sentiment analysis methodologies, and Boolean query logic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or agency environments.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced text analysis or automation of reporting workflows.
• Understanding of cultural nuances across Middle East and North Africa markets.
• Certification in social analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch Certified Analyst).
