Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cutting/Crimping Equipment Engineer to join our team in Meknes. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of cutting and crimping machinery used in manufacturing processes. You will ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency, minimize downtime, and support production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain cutting and crimping equipment to meet production specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings for quality and throughput.
• Document equipment performance, maintenance logs, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with cutting and crimping equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certification in maintenance or reliability engineering.
• Experience with automated crimping and cutting systems.
