Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and polished F&B Service Expert - Hostess to join our Food and Beverage & Culinary team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your primary focus is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover and timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and waiting area.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies with professionalism.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of hostess station supplies and menus.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hostess or front-of-house experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) and basic food and beverage knowledge.
• Personal Attributes: Polished appearance, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for guest service.
