Digital Media Marketing Manager – 2 Positions Available
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Qatar. Two positions are available for qualified professionals who can drive brand awareness, manage digital campaigns, and lead social media strategy across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and grow the organization's presence across all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Design and create visually appealing posters, marketing content, and promotional materials
- Plan and launch targeted promotional campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets
- Manage digital advertising budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong ability to create professional posters and marketing content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid media management and budget optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of the Qatar and GCC market landscape and consumer behavior
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms
