We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading operations team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who can oversee building systems, manage technical teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations across commercial or residential sites. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily maintenance teams across multiple sites
- Ensure timely completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective works
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for service delivery
- Monitor quality standards, health & safety compliance, and team performance
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and asset condition records
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and subcontractor activities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to SLA requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Facility Supervisor, or Building Services Coordinator
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and building infrastructure
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or certification in facility management or engineering
