About the Role
AXA Services Maroc is seeking a Chef de projet RH (HR Project Manager / Human Resources Project Lead / HR Project Coordinator) to join its team in Rabat, Morocco. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) position within the customer relations expertise center serving AXA France, AXA Direct France, AXA Assistance, AXA Belgique, and AXA Suisse. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across multiple AXA entities to deliver HR programs on time and within scope
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for human resources initiatives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures proactively
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and project sponsors
- Facilitate change management processes related to HR policy implementation and organizational restructuring
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure project deliverables meet operational needs
- Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR project management or human resources coordination within a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in French and English
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment
