We are seeking a dynamic Client Sales Aviation Consultant to join our external sales team in Doha, Qatar. As the local aviation market becomes more competitive with lower entry barriers for consultants, this role is crucial to strengthen our client acquisition and retention across the Middle East region.

About the Role

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to airlines, airports, and aviation service providers, driving sales of consulting and advisory solutions. You will leverage deep market knowledge to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals. This is a client-facing role that requires a strategic mindset and a passion for the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for aviation consulting services in the Middle East, with a focus on Qatar and neighboring markets.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers at airlines, ground handlers, and aviation authorities.
• Present tailored proposals that address client challenges, from operational efficiency to growth planning.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales approaches.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aviation or aerospace sector, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of Middle East aviation dynamics, including regional carriers, airports, and regulatory bodies.
• Sales Skills: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
