Job Overview
Our client, a leader in crypto, AI, and payments technology, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role is based in the UAE, with the successful candidate relocating from Bahrain. The specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the APAC region to advise hiring teams effectively.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and provide regular reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally within the fintech, crypto, AI, or payments technology sectors.
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the APAC talent market and recruitment best practices, with specific experience in hiring across multiple APAC countries.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., software engineering, product management, data science) is highly valued.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a strong plus.
- Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
