What You'll Own

• Design and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons for part-time classes (18 hours per week).
• Create a classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and mutual respect.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each learner reach their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching materials and activities that align with our mission of building connections and trust.
• Represent the values of peace, prosperity, and cultural exchange in every interaction with students and the wider community.

What You Bring

• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent) and proven experience in teaching English as a foreign language.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of learner-centered methodologies and the ability to adapt to diverse student needs and levels.
