What You'll Own

• Define and execute the full HR strategy aligned with the company's growth ambitions in Agadir.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a high-performance culture.
• Design and implement compensation, benefits, and performance management systems that attract and keep top talent.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and best practices in employee relations.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and change management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.

What You Bring

• Bac+5 degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader, with a track record of strategic impact.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational excellence.
