Role Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Agent to join our team in Al Hoceima, Morocco. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy services and delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations in compliance with Moroccan health regulations and Groupe AKDITAL standards.
• Dispense medications accurately and provide clear usage instructions to patients.
• Maintain precise inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of all medications and medical supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and confidentiality requirements within the pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dispensing procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and/or Arabic.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical pharmacy practices.
