Job Overview: Officer- People Acquisition

Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services (KDF) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Officer- People Acquisition to manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This critical role will oversee sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth and operational excellence in the oil and gas services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various technical and operational roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the oil and gas or industrial sector.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
• Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
