What You'll Own

• Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents—including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence—in both physical and digital formats.
• Ensure version control is flawless so teams always have the latest approved documents at their fingertips.
• Implement and uphold standardized filing systems that make retrieval instant, audits seamless, and collaboration effortless.
• Track document transmittals, review cycles, and approvals, and follow up proactively to keep the flow moving.
• Support project managers and engineers by preparing document packages for submittals, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or building industry.
• Mastery of document management software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• An eagle eye for detail—no typo, missing signature, or outdated revision escapes your notice.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines without breaking stride.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• A quiet confidence in your own systems, and the calm assertiveness to remind even the busiest project manager to submit their transmittal on time.
