About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chargée de Recrutement to join our team in the heart of Casablanca, Morocco. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our growing operations in the services sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote employer brand
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in French and Arabic
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Familiarity with Moroccan labor law and recruitment best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting in the services industry
• Knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding
• Proficiency in English is a plus
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
