Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LOC Quality Executive to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Algiers, Algeria. In this critical role, you will ensure that our medicines and vaccines meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy. As part of a global network of 37 manufacturing sites, you will drive compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements, directly contributing to patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance processes for local production lines, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards.
• Lead investigations into quality deviations and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain GMP compliance and support regulatory inspections.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage documentation and change control processes to support site operations.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ICH guidelines.
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies.
• Familiarity with local and international regulatory requirements.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety.
