About the Role
Spark Studio is seeking a dynamic and certified Group Pilates Instructor to join our premium fitness studio in Kuwait. This position offers an exciting relocation opportunity for qualified fitness professionals looking to advance their career in the Gulf's growing wellness market. As a lead instructor, you will deliver high-energy, technique-focused group classes across multiple Pilates disciplines, ensuring every member receives personalized attention within a group setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Reformer Pilates group sessions for varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced
- Design and instruct Mat Pilates classes incorporating props such as rings, bands, and balls
- Deliver high-intensity Barre workouts blending ballet-inspired movements with Pilates principles
- Coach Sculpt classes combining resistance training with Pilates core methodology
- Create progressive class programming that builds member strength, flexibility, and body awareness over weekly cycles
- Provide hands-on corrections and modifications for injuries, prenatal, and postnatal participants
- Maintain studio equipment including Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and accessories to safety standards
- Track member attendance, progress, and feedback to continuously improve class experience
- Collaborate with studio management on schedule optimization, workshops, and member retention initiatives
- Uphold Spark Studio brand standards for professionalism, punctuality, and client hospitality
Requirements
- Comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum 450-hour program) from recognized institution (BASI, STOTT, Polestar, Balanced Body, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching group Reformer Pilates classes in a studio or premium fitness environment
- Proven ability to teach Mat Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt formats with confident cueing and musicality
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Strong anatomy knowledge with ability to modify for common pathologies (disc issues, joint replacements, osteoporosis)
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage

- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in pre/postnatal Pilates, injury rehabilitation, or functional movement screening
- Experience with studio management software (Mindbody, Glofox, or similar)
- Background in dance, gymnastics, or movement therapy
- Social media content creation skills for studio marketing support
- Previous GCC or Middle East work experience
