Role Summary
Biancanera Fashion Group, a leader in innovative fashion and trend-setting apparel, seeks a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within our retail operations. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and representing a premium fashion brand in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate combines strong selling techniques with a passion for fashion trends and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through consultative selling to identify style preferences and recommend appropriate apparel selections
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of current collections, fabric compositions, fit guidelines, and fashion trends
- Build and nurture a loyal client base through personalized follow-up, clienteling tools, and VIP service standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand aesthetics at all times
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Participate in inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and support promotional events
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Executive, or Retail Sales Consultant in fashion, luxury retail, or apparel
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
- Legal authorization to work in Qatar
