About the Role

Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida'a Kuwait is seeking a polished and professional Senior Front Office Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) to join our luxury beachfront team. This role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Located just 15 minutes from Kuwait International Airport, our resort offers a stunning white-sand beach and azure waters, providing an exceptional environment for both guests and team members.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with warmth and efficiency, managing reservations and room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to deliver a flawless guest experience.
• Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and handle foreign currency exchanges.
• Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services in both Arabic and English.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and group bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and uphold brand standards at all times.
• Train and mentor junior reception staff, ensuring consistent service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office or reception role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Mövenpick or similar international brand standards.
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti culture and local attractions.
• Additional languages (e.g., French, Hindi) are a plus.
• Certification in hospitality or front office management.
