Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests for spa treatments, fitness classes, and recreational activities, managing reservations and schedules with accuracy.
• Handle phone inquiries, email correspondence, and walk-in requests, providing detailed information about services, pricing, and packages.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily transaction records using hotel management software.
• Coordinate with spa therapists, fitness instructors, and recreation staff to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with inventory management of retail products and amenities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the Spa Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Promote special offers, membership programs, and seasonal packages to maximize revenue and guest engagement.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a hotel, spa, or wellness center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SpaSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with spa treatments, fitness programs, and recreational activities.
• Experience in upselling services and handling cash/credit transactions.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, French, or other languages) to serve diverse guests.
