Role Overview

Broco is building the financial layer that francophone Africa needs, focusing on existing money flows rather than traditional banking. As Head of Marketing, you will lead marketing strategy to drive adoption across the region from our Algiers base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to francophone African markets.
• Build strong brand awareness for Broco's fintech solutions among target audiences.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analytics to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Oversee market research to identify trends and opportunities in the region.

Requirements

Hard Skills: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within fintech or financial services. Deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Strong understanding of the francophone African financial landscape and consumer behavior.

Soft Skills: Strategic vision, excellent leadership and team management abilities, cross-cultural communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, and data-driven decision-making.
