About the Role
Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten distinctive brands and over 1,500 hotels in 95+ countries, is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to join our team in Tunis. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing our online community, enhancing brand presence, and driving engagement across digital platforms in the Tunisian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy aligned with Radisson Hotel Group's brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage and moderate all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to foster positive interactions and timely responses.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that resonates with local audiences and showcases our hotels and services.
- Monitor online conversations, reviews, and mentions to protect brand reputation and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and hotel teams to align community initiatives with broader campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, sentiment, and growth to optimize strategies.
- Organize and manage online events, contests, and user-generated content campaigns to boost brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Radisson Hotel Group at the forefront of digital community management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and community management tools.
- Ability to create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Tunisian market and local digital trends.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Photography or video editing skills.
- Multilingual ability (Arabic, French, English).
