Job Overview
MAJD Group and University is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as COO / Associate Deputy Rector of Administration, Finance & Strategic Operations. This executive role is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic functions of the institution, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage administrative operations, financial planning, and strategic initiatives across the university.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive strategic planning processes, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as COO, Deputy Rector, or equivalent in a university or large organization.
- Extensive background in administration, finance, and strategic operations management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar capacity.
