About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Parc Roulant to join our industrial team in Algiers. In this role, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and coordination of our rolling stock fleet, ensuring optimal availability and safety for all production and logistics operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the rolling stock fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle movements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize fleet uptime and minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
• Lead and train a team of drivers and mechanics, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with production and logistics departments to align fleet availability with operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and fleet management software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the cable manufacturing or heavy industrial sector.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and ISO standards.
• Proficiency in using fleet telematics and tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
