About the Role

Autoliv is seeking a dedicated Customer Planning Specialist to join our team in Tunis. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning customer demand forecasts with production and supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery of automotive safety components. You will act as the key liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams, driving planning excellence in a high-stakes environment where quality is never compromised.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on customer orders, historical data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor customer order patterns and proactively address supply or capacity constraints.
• Lead regular planning reviews with key customers to align on volume projections and new product introductions.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning reliability.
• Support the sales team with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, customer planning, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of advanced planning systems (APS) or forecasting tools.
• APICS or similar certification is a plus.
