Palco Jordan, a leading FMCG distribution company operating across the Palestinian and Jordanian markets, is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support and enhance our HR operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address workplace concerns professionally and effectively.
• Manage performance management processes and support employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with department managers and senior management to support HR strategies and organizational goals.
• Maintain a positive, productive, and engaging work environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the FMCG or distribution sector is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
• The applicant must be a resident of Amman city.
