## Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Amman. The role covers the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and employee relations — and partners with managers across the business to support a productive, engaged workforce.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening السيرة الذاتية (CV)s, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with Jordanian labor law.
- Administer payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits coordination in partnership with finance.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives across departments.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Arabic fluency is strongly preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS / HR software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
