Position: Branch Operations In-Charge – Reem Branch

We are looking for a strong, hands-on operations person to take full responsibility for running our Reem branch.

This role is for someone who can take control of a branch, identify weaknesses, and improve operations across all areas – not just F&B.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of daily branch operations
- Managing staff, shifts, and discipline
- Identifying operational weaknesses and fixing them
- Improving workflow in all areas (F&B, service, team, and daily operations)
- Ensuring smooth operations during peak and non-peak hours
- Handling day-to-day problems and making decisions on the ground
- Monitoring performance and maintaining consistent standards
- Reporting issues, actions, and results clearly

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in running a branch or similar operation
- Ability to control operations, not just supervise
- Strong decision-making under pressure
- Experience in identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Good understanding of team management and workflow organization
- Practical mindset (not theoretical)

Important:
This is a performance-based role with a 3-month trial period. We are looking for someone who delivers results on the ground, not just ideas.
