A Project Manager with Oracle expertise is required for leading Oracle-based system implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. The role blends traditional project management skills with knowledge of Oracle applications (ERP, E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define scope, goals, and deliverables for Oracle projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Team Leadership
Manage and guide project teams, including consultants and client stakeholders.
Act as a quality control checkpoint for deliverables.
Oracle Systems Expertise
Oversee implementation of Oracle ERP, E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Order Management, etc.).
Ensure seamless integration of Oracle applications into business infrastructure.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve escalated issues.
Track budgets and manage project costs effectively.
Stakeholder Communication
Maintain clear communication channels across business functions.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
